ARABIAN PITTA BREAD WITH CHICKEN NUGGETS, CHEESE, ROCKET AND MUSHROOMS

Ingredients:

2 arabian pitta bread
200g white fresh mushrooms
6 chicken nuggets Creta Farms En Elladi Nostimies
1 cup fresh goat cheese or alternatively Creta Farms En Elladi Mesogiaki
1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons rocket leaves, washed and dried
2 slices of bacon
1 red pepper cut into medium size pieces
2 lettuce hearts
Olive oil
ΓΙΑ ΤΗ ΣΩΣ:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon mild mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Salt, freshly ground pepper 

Recipe Execution

Heat the chicken nuggets in a frying pan, take them out and keep warm. Heat the olive oil in the pan and sauté the bacon slices on both sides till crispy. In another pan sauté the mushrooms till brown.

Mix all sauce ingredients well together.  Heat the pitta breads slightly and pour some sauce over them.

Place on each pitta bread some chicken nuggets, mushrooms and crispy bacon. Add red pepper, goat cheese, spinach(rocket?), lettuce and sprinkle basil on top.
Roll each pitta bread tightly and serve with some lettuce.
